Hello, I’m Doug and I'm very proud to be the licensee here at Ray White Rockingham Baldivis.

Mum and I opened the doors of our business in May 2015 and with our 38 years of combined real estate experience we have successfully grown our business through the good words of happy customers and staff.  

As a part of the successful Corby Team, it has allowed me to develop a deep understanding on what it takes to achieve great things in this rewarding industry. I use this knowledge coupled with the experience I gained while working for Ray White Corporate, where I trained our expansive 250 strong WA sales team. I have been involved in over 2,700 property sales which allows me to draw from many past scenarios to ensure that the right advice is given, no matter the circumstance.

Helping people to reach their full potential is a passion of mine and I am always here to assist.

Being a hands-on and dynamic leader allows me to stay relevant to my staff and our clients. My main role within the business is to keep our team strongly focused on providing a great service to all our customers.
